Even your leaders dont know how to respect clients

What an appalling service, according to MFC staff and Team leader Samantha Swart as employees they cant send emails to one another unless they are acquainted, how pathetic? I asked for the team leader for her to identify a coaching opportunity for her agent but instead she was just as dismissive and ********. How do you have people that do not know how to listen as your front line staff. No wonder Jonathan the consultant speaks to clients in the manner that he did, he probably doesn't know any better if even his leader listens to respond instead of listening to understand.
