Escalation Computed

I saw this un-discussed amount added to my statement & sent them an email on the 30th September 2015. To date I have had no response from. I also sent the the forms to cancel some VAP which I was told when I took out the finance I could cancel at anytime. I have been trying for almost 2 months to get that canceled as well. Very poor response and always dealing with different people makes it difficult to start from the beginning again. Lets not talk about the delay tactics. After I gave them everything then they say I sent it from the wrong email address. I had to resend from the beginning from my Gmail instead of my work account.<br> <br> *** maybe this will make sense.
