Engine failure

My vehicle engine needs to be stripped and rebuilt, cost of 60 000. There is a two month wait on that alone. I know how much I owe on the vehicle but I need someone to call me, someone that can actually help me because of the shortfall. I tried calling you and your agents put the phone off in my ear. I want to know what are my options as I'm now paying for a vehicle that I cannot drive. And I don't want to speak to elzanne conradie because she no intention of helping clients, she's just concerned about her balance sheet, she wasn't interested in anything I had to say. I can only imagine how she made the people feel after they left the jobs.
