Iam so so disappointed about your RUDE collections AGENT Who didnot even want to reconfirm her name showing that she was rude.. I was actually told I cannot arrange the account as per my affordability but I need to pay as her terms when I told her not to arrange the account she told me forcefully that she will make an arrangement for two months and asked me don't I know what I have singed for in my contract 😕😕 what kind of agents do you have???? Wheres telephone etiquette where's respect? I recently switched banks to nedbank and tell you what I think I have reconsider..... Your Agents are very very rude like they own Nedbank.
