Empty Promises
I have been under debt review, i have settled all my accounts except for MFC. Apparently my account has been moved to the original repayment arrangement and i only require some proof of this which has been promised to me 3 weeks ago by the manager namely Rianda and i'm still WAITING for any kind of response.<br> <br> The call centre agent namely Palesa you need to phone like 10 times ****erally) before she picks up her phone and then nothing gets done anyway!!!<br> <br> I hope there is someone that can assist me with this problem i have been struggling with this for almost 3 months now and im DONE!!! <br> <br> Regards
