Empty promises

My vehicle was taken in to secure storage on the 30 Aug to the kaalfontein yard where I was promised it will be safe. When I came to collect it again on the 10 Sep all my personal belongings was ****** out of my vehicle that was in \secure storage". Spoke to Phillip Hechter and he apologized for it and said they will replace it I just need to send them the quote. So I did. Now every time I phone he needed to get approval from his superiors which is perfect. So he got approval to replace my goods on 28 Sep. He promised me it will be done on Friday and nothing then promised on Saturday so when I phoned him on Saturday he just switched off his phone.
