I just want to take the opportunity to thank and congratulate Nhlanhla Nkosi of the collections department for the compitent and proffesional way he attended my call and query about my the issue. He was so friendly and the way he assisted me was really ecceptional and very proffessional. If all in our country could do his/her job the way Nhlanhla did, our country would be in a far better situation
