Eating auction deposits with false vehicle information

Guys please watch out for these guys auctions. Purchased a vehicle from them which was not advertised correctly. This same vehicle was purchased at least 2 times before me and was cancelled due to wrong description. However they still eat your deposit.

At least 4 other people wanted to cancel their transactions, for this auction, due to incorrect advertising according to mfc auction manager. They are taking advantage of people during this pandemic as it is difficult to view the vehicles.

Its disgusting that you guys falsely advertise vehicles and then play the victim by eating peoples deposits. I really wont take this matter sitting down, i will take this further.

Please be careful guys of auctions try to make a quick rand. its disgusting that a company such a MFS would stoop to that.

Lol you guys say you will contact me, however i have to follow up for feedback and you guys respond to say sorry nothing we can do speak to the ombudsman. Its really disgusting how you guys treat clients, it's not about the R5000 that you guys took, not just from me but other clients as well. I will make sure you guys get exposed so people know not to deal with ************* people not matter how big they think they are.
