Early Debit Orders Again

Early debit again? Tried calling your client services with no luck. Debit orders should run after 25 of each month. However they have once again debited before the agreed date. Thankfully funds were available, What if there were no funds? Would I have been liable? Come On Guys! This is just isn't on!
