Double Deduction without permission

My account has been debited twice for the second time and despite me reaching out to the care team this afternoon a gentleman by the name of Jose Jantjies told me at 1pm in the afternoon no line manager or Manager is available to aid me after the company took R2610 from me with out my permission and said he would have to drop the call.
