Double Debited!

I was double debited for my car installment and I need immediate assistance! This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be taking this up with a lawyer as you people do not notify and just do as you please forgetting about the consequences! if I do not receive feedback early tomorrow morning I will be taking this up further!
