Double debit order still not rectified

My bank account was double debited for vehicle finance on 9/25/2022.

I logged it immediately with MFC and was told to send documentation through, I did submit all required documents and was told it will take 7 to 10 working days.

It is now way past 10 working days and still no fund or any form of communication received. This is really now affecting my month as I dont know how I will get through without my own money.
