Double Debit Order

Good day, i am having account with MFC, and i had one month arrears by the end of June 2015, i failed to pay the account due to unforeseen circumstances as a result i ended up having arrears, on the 15th I received money and i knew will pay my arrears and on the 16 July 2015 MFC went and debit my account and again on the 17 July 2015 they debited my account twice, and i went to my Bank Nedbank for reversal and i was told that i cannot reverse since MFC and Nedbank are the same<br> PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK, SINCE I NEED TO USE IT FOR MY PERSONAL USE<br> <br> Regards<br> Veroniccah
