double debit and they refuse to return the second value

My debit order date was change now you guys debit me twice in the same month for 15k you guys can credit my account and say next month i wont have to pay for my car but cant reverse my money so it shows in my account so i can actually use it what must i do starve this month not pay my rent how the **** does that work your level of incompetence baffels me and i refuse to believe that nothing can be done because if it was done to you would want something to be done.

this is utter bull**** and i want something done about it now or i will go to social media platforms and take this further
