DONT USE MFC, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER CARE, AND THEY INCREASE YOUR DEBIT ORDER DESPITE YOU SENDING PROOF OF COVER

I have never dealt with such a cold and nonchalant financing institution, They have asked me for proof of cover, which i sent, but they kept saying isn't valid, even though Im getting it from my insurer, and MFC would not tell me why. Currently they have raised my installment to include Happy Motor, which now i see was always their intention. My car has never not been insured, currently I'm paying for 2 insurances. I laid a complaint on 8 Aug 2023, to-date NO ONE has comes back to me about that. Mila Goodman their agent assured me that not only would someone contact me, but that I needed to accept the new debit order, as they would still debit that amount, we agreed upon, which was a LIE! I never did accept that debit order, but now i see they debited the higher amount regardless. Last I mailed their useless "Care@mfc" and again i sent proof of cover, they said they would forward it to the relevant department. And now i see the new debit order.
