Dont care about their customers

MFC dont care about there clients. I have spoken to a lot of people and read the reviews. Everybody is complaining about there bad service. They are quick to reposesses your car. They make use of a repo agent who only cares about making money. Especially in this financial crisis everyone is living in. They will reposesses your car, then you must pay for storage plus repo agents fees. When the clients ask them to extend the term to accommodate them they just refuse. They are really in the business of taking cars back to resell and then the client sits with the problem of having to settle the outstanding amount for a car they dont have anymore. I would not recommend MFC to anyone. Their client service consultants and managers are just as rude. Please think twice before you take up car finance with them.
