Done doing business with MFC

I paid up my car finance by mfc in January 2025. My account is closed. I also paid for enatis for change of ownership and for the courier. They said the documents will take not more than 10 days to be delivered, up to now I haven't received them. I wrote them emails they apologized, promised to send them, but the didn't. I recessive a tracking number on the 11/03/2025, everyday from the 12/03/2025 up until today when I track it, it says loaded on vehicle for delivery but it does not reach me. I'm done doing bussines with MFC.
