Documents delivered at incorrect address

I am very disappointed that you sent my details to incorrect physical address despite opting to receiving all my documents via email mail. Now my personal data has been compromised including my ID number and all thanks to MFC. This is a non compliance with POPI act. I will log a formal complain for the non compliance
