Do people actually work here

I'm starting to wonder how many times do I actually have to complain on Hello Peter to get some attention MFC.<br> Matter No1.<br> I have been asking for my statement for almost 3 months now. However it seems that I have somehow upset them by asking them to do their job.<br> I haven't received a statement since January despite my constant asking. I haven't received a statement since January. I have never received any mails from them since purchasing the car last year July.<br> I really see why they were voted the 2nd worst bank to bank with by the latest South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi) [URL Removed] You send countless email, spend huge amounts of money trying to call their phones and no one bothers to get hold of you.<br> <br> Matter no2.<br> Dimakatso Ramosedi, who has been handling my matter, requested my banking details as I wanted to increase my payments on the instalments, I asked them to change the debiting account. I gave these to her and asked her to confirm that she has received them. She didn't reply to my mails or my call, and generally I assumed that she had done HER job and made changes accordingly. Which sh
