Do not use MFC at all Rather use Carfin

So where do i start... 1. Firstly in which right mind do you wait two weeks to hear if you have approval on car finance. it usually takes 24-48 houers to do so this is just very bad service. 2. When you lodge a complaint and they respond to you just to find out that the person at the branch did not do their job to send in the application in the first place . 3.You email the supposed consultant who is suppose to assist you in this matter and she just ignores your email. Cause this is how MFC conducts business 4. Okay so now its almost sorted and they will phone us with results . Excellent. they phone you back telling you that you were not approved . if you then ask why cause they can give you a reason they say that ... your credit score is not good. so you tell her thats nonsense because you checked it oh noo then she changes the story... its because you have to many open loans... which is also nonsense because there is no other loans open... so still dont have a answer because she couldnt give me one . so this makes me wonder did the person at the branch just fill in the stuff incorectly due to the fact that we handed her over an lodged a complaint because she didint do her job at all . Which i think is the right assumption. I will never use them again
