Do Not deal with MFC

I had taken out car finance with MFC on a vehicle in May 2014 however decided to trade the vehicle in and purchase a brand new vehicle, the deal was approved and signed on the 23rd June 2015, my original vehicle was taken in by the dealer and settlement done by the 30/06/2015 as per the settlement agreement, how ever MFC still debited my account without warning, i have been struggling with MFC since the 01/07/2015 in order to get my refund however i keep been told stories by the TEAM LEADER Katlego Chacha, i call them on numerous occasions and he never calls me back, yet again this morning i have called and conveniently he is not available, they are quick to take your money however they will never repay you back even though its their fault. i will be moving my current deal away from MFC as i cannot deal with this type of terrible service.
