DO NOT APPLY FOR A FIXED RATE WITH MFC --- you WILL BE severely INSULTED, HUMILIATED, DISRESPECTED, MISLEAD and **** TO by MFC’s staff. AND BE REJECTED !!!

For the past MONTH, I have been severely INSULTED, HUMILIATED, DISRESPECTED, MISLEAD and **** TO by MFC’s staff on a CONTINUAL basis !!!

I have been accused of LYING, CHEATING, UNDER-DECLARING contractual expenses, and NOT being CREDIT WORTHY.

After NUMEROUS complaints, Christopher Coetzee was replaced by Mapaseka Ngakane to attend to my complaints and to resolve this situation.

However, now after HOLDING ME RANSOM for 3 days, with ENDLESS demands for documentation I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED when I app**** for this finance in MAY 2021 – WHICH WAS APPROVED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, I am STILL NOWHERE !!!

Christopher Coetzee now ALSO ignores my communication even though he PROMISED to have this situation resolved by the LATEST YESTERDAY, 05 APRIL 2022 at 16:00.

According to MFC’s credit department I CANNOT AFFORD R110.17 more a month BUT when I requested the BALLOON payment to be incorporated with the loan, immediately the ADDITIONAL R475.63 was deducted off my account – WITHOUT ANY KIND OF AFFORDABILITY CHECK ---- WHY ??????????????????????

If I CANNOT afford R110.71 a month more, I ALSO CANNOT afford R600.00 a month more. I now DEMAND that MFC reset my FULL loan to what it was on 13 MARCH 2022, to EXCLUDE THE BALLOON amount and refund me the OVER DEDUCTED amounts.

I WILL NOT ALLOW MFC’s STAFF TO ABUSE THE PUBLIC IN SUCH A HORRIBLE and SHOCKING MANNER ANY LONGER.

PLEASE NOTE : I am now FORCED to file my complaints with each and every Ombud & Consumer regulatory authority in South Africa, which I will be doing TODAY. I will also post the recorded calls, between the relevant MFC staff and myself, on all social media pages – It is time for the public to hear just HOW we, the clients who support MFC are being MISTREATED and ABUSED !

I’ve had ENOUGH of this SUB-STANDARD service delivery by MFC. I am BEYOND FURIOUS !!!
