Do I have to beg

I bought a new car at the end of July, I was told by the finance fundy, at Toyota that I needed to let the payment for August go through, so that should there have been any outstanding monies owing to MFC they would then deduct what was owing and the balance would be returned.<br> I did so ( have sold previous cars and NEVER had any issues), I owed MFC nothing, so in retrospect they owed me a months car payments back into my bank balance. I was told by Toyota on more than one occasion the money is waiting for release so that they can pay me back. So MFC WHERE THE HELL IS MY MONEY!!!
