Dissatisfied customer

<p>I have had 2 vehicles financed through MFC. One VW Polo in 2014 and one Ford Kuga in 2015. During that time I have been employed by the same company. The 2 partners of the company split up and I started working for the other partner somewhere in April. Doing exactly the same job. In the new company I get paid on the 15th in stead of the end of the month. The new comapny pays my money into the other Nedbank account (which is on my profile so the person handling the application can see that). I tried to apply for finance now through Galactic auto Polokwane. Pre-approval went fine and then additional checks were done for validation. After that I was declined because my income on my payslip does not agree to the income on the bank account. I have 2 Nebank accounts. The dealership said there was an issue and I sent them the payslips for the new company and explicitly said the money gets paid into the other bank account. I lodged a complaint yesterday directly with MFC online. Terry Thomson rep**** stating that I must send in my explanation to the different bank accounts, bankstatements for both accounts and payslip for the new company. I told him that I already explained to him that I spoke to the dealer and gave them addtional information. I enquired why I cannot take this up directly with MFC and was told that I am purchasing the vehicle from the dealer and not from the finance house. So basically it's not Mr Terry's problem anymore and I still don't have wheels. There is no purpose of MFC's complaint centre as they just brush it off as it's not their problem.</p>
