Dissatisfaction on the service of mfc for the delivery of my car certificate of registration

To it may concern i am very disappointed with mfc as i have settled the payment of my car(Land Rover (Range Rover) with them however having settled the payment of my car they were supposed to deliver a certificate of registration at my workplace to which i had furnished them with the address however instead of them sending me the certificate of registration they're now hiding behind my expired licence disc which i don't deny it had expired as i had emailed them that in October 2022 i experienced a hijacking incident in Alexandria whereby in the process of my hijacking the hijackers found R16000 on me and after they found the money two crimals rushed into their own car then the third ******** also followed them but before he got into their car he locked me inside my own car as he had the key on him and had to break the rear left door window to get out of the car the worst part is that a work before the hijacking incident i had cancelled my insurance as i didn't see them deliver on their promises when i signed up for their insurance
