Dissappointed

I have been trying to reach out to mfc from March with regards to payment problems but have not been assisted, all i am asking for is that the debit order go off my personal account because the business is not doing well, they are now threatening repossession on a car that brings in income. I was told to pay R44k or loose my car, i dont have it but im willing to go into a payment arrangement.Why is MFC not willing to assist us. I will still pay them the total outstanding but over a longer period.
