good day<br> <br> in 2013 mfc repossess my car without negotiation. i was suspended at work for two months without pay. they didnt want me to negotiate with them. they come and repossess without signing any document. the sold it at auction without my concern. Now i received any sms saying am owing 25000 arrears on my account. when i call their call centre i was surprise when the told me. that i have signed the document for repossess and the were busy calling without responsed. i did receive their call since they reposses the car. why should i pay the arrears because i didnt put my signature on their document for reposses. I really need help.
