Dissapointed Loyal Customer for 10 years

<p> I have been financing all my cars (over 2O) over the years and also have my home loan with Nedbank for over 10 years with 1st class payment records however I still find myself having to fight for better rates. </p> <p> </p> <p>This has only started recently and other financial houses have offered me better rates even as a first time applicant. I have ssubmitted an application via Cargo Motors this week and MFC is the highest rate. Clearly loyalty and clear credit record customers are not valued anymore. I will sadly have to take my business elsewhere. I had to do this as well about 3 years back and all was well until now. WHY, WHY, WHY</p>
