Dishonorable MFC

<p>MFC deducted R11,40 more than what I calculated my final instalment to be based on my penultimate statement ie balance plus service fee + vat. When I asked for a refund of R11,40 I was told it would take 10 days. 16 working days later, still no refund. I followed up with MFC and after more than 8 minutes I got told I was not entitled to the R11,40 as the service fee had increased by, guess how much, yep, R11,40. I have not received communication regarding the service fee increase despite my receiveing all my statements by email. I have spent more than R11,40 in airtime, my time & effort but MFC and I feel are dishonest.</p>
