Dishonesty

I recently had to relocate and due to a cash flow issue I contacted MFC prior to try and make arrangements. As I have been paying with no issues . I asked if they can give me a 3 months payment break so that I can settle in and recover or any solution they can provide . They advised they will get back to me after a certain time frame which they didn’t . Then on the 19 December 2025 I called to follow up they told me that my payment relief was approved.

However in January they debited the funds unexpectedly as I was under the impression that they are a big company and would not lie .
