Disgusting Service

I am so disgusted at the un-proffessional service i have received from MFC. Trying to get my account sorted with them has been a nightmare. They are not updating information as my account is being warded of to a million different people who do not have a clue about what is going on. I have gone from making payment arrangements which i have confirmation emails of to then being handed over to debt collectors who are charging me because MFC are not up to date with what is going on. I have been going in circles for months, and each time an arrangement gets made i am receiving another call from another person who has taken over my account saying i have not paid. I am highly stressed with their incompetence and am ready to take it to the next level . I have been requested to send proof of payment which has been done many times, with no response. I have been spoken to rudely, get no responses accept from when the account is handed over with the wrong information. I do not recommend this company because they are unhelpful and have no customer service!!!!!
