DISGUSTING SERVICE BY MFC - NEDBANK LTD

Worst experience ever! On the 15th of March we gave our vehicle back for MFC to assist with a sale on their auction. The vehicle was put on auction and sold on the 14th of April.

In that timeframe, one would expect honesty, and timely communication between MFC and us. Which well guess. Never happend. I had to phone numerous times. To be met with *********** call centre staff. To start off, when they took the vehicle they promised we could be able to pay off the shortfall in an agreement with them. Today we received a letter of demand and funny enough they demand the car back(Which they sold LOL). So the letter of demand stated we have 10 days to pay them a lump sum of R82000.00 CASH which was not apart of the agreement to start with.

I will be taking this matter further(legally). Im done being bul**** by *********** finance houses which do as they please, as per your call center all your calls are recorded. You will see in how much nonsense this lack of communication can land you.

This serves as my first written warning to contact us urgently.
