Disgusting 🤮 service!!!

What a pathetic disgusting 🤮 service that I got from MFC, they sent me a massage on the 27/12/23 19:37 to call in if I don’t want debit to run 29th instead of my contracted date as it will fall on the public holiday. I must call before the 27th and yet I got the message on the 27th at 19:37 which didn’t make any sense.

The following day they sent another similar text to call before the 28th which it was the 28th on that day. I called spoke to the consultant by the name of Bongani and he promised that the debit order will run on the 2nd instead of the 29th as I request. Not surprised the debit was run the following day on the 29th despite my request. I don’t see the difference between the ****mers and MFC.
