Disgusting service

Its the second time that i have taken vehicle finance with Nedbank MFC and i am highly dissapointed and annoyed, i must say that there level of service has dropped and is not worthwhile any longer, every month i recieve a message stating that my car payment will be deducted before my salary date, which does not make sense hence the deduction is suppose to be deducted on my salary date, and it cost me to call and arrange for the deduction not to go off before, again my deduction has gone off yesterday and now i owe my bank money for a unsuccessful debit order, this is extreamly unprofessional as with my previous vehicle finance i never missed payments. I also recieved several calls and emails from Motor happy which is associated with Nedbank advising that i must submit my insurance policy otherwise there will be an insurance taken out and included in my car payment with out my permission, please be aware of nedbank car finance, truely disgusting how nedbank service has become its not even funny.
