Disgusting poor service

I called in to cancel a car finance and was asked to send a email of cancellation however weeks later was was told the deal has been paid and I can't cancel as there is no cooling of period but when I called a number of times before no one ever advised me that. Looks like customers just get mislead and never the correct information is given.

This is going on for a month now and still no joy and being forced by the dealership to take delivery of the vehicle which I still didn't.
