Disgusting After Sales from MFC staff

MFC/NEDBANK... The worst decision of my life.. No after sales that makes sense. I spent all morning being transferred from one person to the other without having my issue resolved. No manager, no complaints department... just a bunch of people playing in the background and coming back to ask for my ID and continue playing... I'm disgusted with the service, *****go lefutso , Rafika, Julia to name a few are the most *********** call Center staff I've come across in my life
