Disgusted with treatment from MFC

I am so frustrated with MFC at the moment. I was unemployed since September last year and asked them in February this year if i can have a 3month freeze on my account as I've paid them with money I saved and my savings was running dry. I got the 3month freeze (Feb, Mar & Apr) but low and behold did consultants at MFC start phoning me from 1 June as I did not make payment for end of May. After a few emails explaining that I'm still unemployed and job hunting I was told if I don't pay I will be blacklisted or I can try selling my car through an agent but it should be noted that I'm still liable for any shortfall. I was devastated with this reply and I understand that they need to be paid but I just didn't have the money to pay them. Then I was blessed with a 3month contract mid June, although with a huge pay-cut but i didn't have any other choice. Again after endless phone calls and emails explaining my situation to each and every consultant who phoned on a daily basis, one consultant said that I could send an email to make an arrangement. This I've done and still they kept on phoning and I kept on sending emails with an automated reply saying "we acknowledge your email" but no one phoning to say "how can we assist". Then I was asked for my 3month contract and 3months bank statements which was sent. To my disgust after being paid for less than 2weeks on Friday last week, the entire amount of R8.2k was deducted off my account yesterday. This after I spoke to a consultant telling them that they could deduct R5k today. Then today I phoned MFC and was told by a consultant that the R8.2k was the normal debit order and the R5k is for the arrears I owed them. I told the consultant to reverse the normal debit order as the 2weeks salary I earned will only be able to cover for some of my debt and not even all as most of accounts have been maxed. He just said they can't and that the R5k will still go through today to which I told him that there's insufficient funds in my account to even cover the R5k as well. All he said was it will still happen and there's nothing he or they can do about it. I had to resend my contract and 3month bank statements as they claimed not to have received it although it was sent to the same address used before. He also told me to phone them in 3days time to confirm if the arrangement has been excepted of R5k for the next 3months. Wow MFC you've outdone yourself with outstanding unprofessional service. I'm so disgusted and unhappy with MFC at the moment and will never never ever buy a vehicle through them again. The minute I get a permanent position I'm selling my car.
