Disgusted by Nedbank MFC

I'm disgusted by the treatment i received from Nedbank MFC when I was under financial difficulties, i took the initiative to reach out to them to let them know that i won't be able to make payments for 2 months but was willing to make up for those months by increasing my monthly installment which is already more than what i should be paying. I have been paying extra from 2019, instead of R3800 i pay R5000, MFC hounded me like a ********, threatening me with all kinds of actions even though I had tried to reach out to them. I really disgusted by their actions and deeply regret financing my car through them, i wouldn't be shocked if the revelations about them robbing their clients are true. I'm really disgusted by MFC.
