Disgraceful service!!!!

Got a "Scratch & Dent" policy from MFC with a written policy document. Submitted a claim for minor chips a year into the policy. Used the claim procedure as prescribed in the policy. No response, no acknowledgement, no return correspondence, completely ignored. They are very quick to sell you policies, but when you try to claim they disappear! I'm trying to cancel my policy and get reimbursed for the full amount that was paid up front. I am still waiting for reimbur*****t. Disgraceful service!!!!
