Discovery Claim *** MFC Ref *** settled but still debiting monthly instalments

Settlement of Vehicle Finance on Fiesta 1.0 Trend White. Written off in February 2023. Despite 100's of calls to MFC and dealing with Lesley-Ann Walters and escalated to S van ****e the monthly debit continues to be processed through my daughters account. She has moved on bought a replacement vehicle and now is dire financial difficulty. Tried phoning again today and got dropped after 20 minutes of holding on for no-one.

This is disgraceful and lacks any service ethic or appreciation for the customers experience.
