Disappointment with Mfc service

I am so disspointed with the service from Mfc a division of Nedbank group,i have extended my warrantee with them and now they dont want to fix my car,the worst thing that makes me sad is their consultant are telling me different stories,and one another thing the consultant that was selling the product to me didnt send me all the contract documents,they only sending them now when i claim,and he never explained all the stories that they are saying now when its time for pay out,i am really dissapointed...i have spoke to different consultant from warrantee claims department but still i cant be helped.
