Disappointing and False Accusations
After paying for my vehicle in advance for 8 months, I receive a threatening email from Nedbank Mfc Vertigo claiming that I am indebted to the company.
This is very disappointing because I am an excellent payer and MFC has already acknowledged my advance payment with a letter I received on the 3rd October 2020.
Now I have been added to the debtors' books for being an excellent payer.
MFC, please tell me why you did this????

18 Dec 2020, 07:09MFC is by far the worst vehicle financier. This morning my vehicle instalment was debited from my account! MFC why are you debiting my account when I paid an 8-month advance???? This is truly disheartening, malicious and abusive. Lebogang Mohlala is still MIA not taking any of my calls but quick to take money that I apparently owe, MONEY WHICH I DONT OWE! I made the 8-month payment advance for a reason! How do you expect my family and I to survive now that you have **********ly taken a good 5K from my account?
