Disappointed /Angry MFC customer

I fully agree with a review by Jarrit and many others on the horrible experience with MFC, they are so right I just received a letter now also claiming I'm in arrears with over R5k and yet I've been paying every month this year not skipping a payment even though covid19 hit us so bad and I am in maternity leave without pay, not receiving a salary for 4 months. Yet I made a plan to at least pay my vehicle. Why whenever I enquired about receipt of my EFT payments was I never told by the consultant that I was in arrears with x amount now they wait until its a huge amount then threaten me and demand immediate payment or else they will take my vehicle away. Where must I get R5k in the middle if the month still not back at work to pay them immediately?? And they always seem to wait till it's a huge amount then they want to harras you for payments why not inform us when it's a small amount so one can immediately try get it up to date. They are really true ************ I will NEVER in my life ever get vehicle finance through them again neither recommend them to anyone, they are a bunch of leaches. They know many people lost their jobs during this year and business lost money because of covid19, yet they are so horrible to harras and demand people's last cent all other banks and creditors gave their clients a break or at least payment arrangements but not MFC they want to take your last cent. I'm a new mother with no salary for the last 4 months and yet they have no mercy.
