Disappointed and Frustrated!

Horrified by the service I am getting from MFC, they triple debited my account and keep on taking me from pillar to post. I am using my money to call them and I also have to use my petrol to get a bank statement that I am also going to pay for??? They debited me and not the other way round and when I ask to speak to their manager, she is just too busy to talk to clients!!! I need my refund ASAP as my debit orders will be going off today!
