Differing payment amounts

Good Day,<br> <br> Please help.<br> <br> I have written to your care@mfc a total of 3 times regarding my query. <br> <br> I have received 2 differnt outstanding amounts on one of my vehicles.<br> <br> Account Number : ***<br> <br> My statement reads R5505,38 arrears. The consultant in your call centre agrees that this is the amount and not R6285 which was quoted to me by a lady by the name of Nicole Conrad at J. Isaacs and Associates. <br> <br> I don't see why I should pay the latter as I am paying YOU and not them and have been more than forthcoming in making the required arrangements with you and have tried numerous times to get into contact with the correct person in your institution ragarding this issue.<br> <br> I really hope that someone would contact me back this time.<br> <br> Many Thanks<br> <br> Jonathan D.
