Details confirmation demand by consultants

Good day. My car is financed by MFC. The debit order was missed in my bank. MFC consultant phoned me, before they can say anything they want me to confirm my details or else they can not continue with a call. They refuse to read what is written infront of them. I told them since they are the one calling I am not comfortable to confirm my details, the lady hanged up. I went to Nedbank for assistance, I was given the toll free number. I phoned to say money is there they can deduct. I was told that will happen in the next 24 to 48hrs. Now am at more than 72 hrs, nothing happened instead I received a call this morning. Again they want me to confirm my details first, we are the victims of ***** how come in this day in time MFC you make a call and want your clients to confirm their details before you can proceed. Money is in my account, please deduct the instalment. I refuse to confirm my details to your consultants while they are the one who calls not me. We are ****** day in and day out.
