Deplorable, ***********, unprofessional

MFC deducted a debit order for a settled account. I have contacted them three times since then to ensure the refund is done. To date, they still have not done so. Each consultant is as ridiculously *********** as the last. You can not contact a supervisor or a manager, instead they cut the call. It has been 14days since they have taken the debit order and yet, you need to fight for what is yours. Not only is this beyond unprofessional, their handling of the situation is deplorable. I have wasted at least an hour of my personal time and money trying to speak to anyone in the company to assist and return what is not theirs. I can not continue to waste time and energy fighting for what is rightfully mine. Can your *********** company please sort your staff, your poor service delivery and stop delaying your refund process? I can not and will never recommend this company to anyone. I dealt with Wesbank before, and they were extremely professional and competent. Was a complete mistake to ever be involved with MFC. Even if they do give a better rate, it will cost you more time, energy and stress to finance with them, so as general good advice, stay away from MFC.
