delay

i bought a ford ranger and had problems from day one this was in 2013 and mfc was informed about this to make a long story short i don't have it any more as i canceled the deal and went to my lawyer who instructed me to to cancel the insurance and stop payment which i did i got threatening letters from mfc and there lawyers and further more about 6 months down the line was informed that said vehicle is now repaired and reedy to collect winch i did not want at all now today im still wait ting for court date as they don't want to get there money back from the ******* dealer i still sit with bad credit i would like to know how to speed this up cant believe it takes years to sort this out and i must pay licence fees for this peace of **** i don't have or want please advice a.s.a.p<br>
