Default on credit beraus

Was financed by mfc and vehicle was ****** and not recovered,called mfc to let them know and they said they will be in touch with my insurance since never got any feedback after some time when was trying to apply for bond waas adviced that nedbank mfc has listed me. Tried calling them to get clarity but lady who was helping said they waiting for judgment against my name and court order to collect the vehicle.

Then explained then was advised they will be in touch till today haven't got anything.
