DEDUCTION DILEMMA WITH MFC NEDBANK

I bought bakkie March 2024 and first installment was 15 May 2024 through MFC Nedbank (I bank with Capitec), i get paid on 15th of every month. Come 15 May there was no deduction from MFC Nedbank. I called them on 16 to deduct their money of which they did on the 17th.

June month again no deduction by MFC, i did not call them intentionally then i receive email around 20 something that says am behind with payment, they gave me number of person to call which i did call that person, she manually did the deduction on the 29 June. I told hee that i do not like that i must call MFC to remind them to deduct when i activated my debicheck around April 2024 so that on 15th of every month it deducts. She said on her system nothing is wrong and there is also no reason why it the system didn't deduct so she advised i go to Capitec to ask because it looks like Capitec did not approve the mandate on the system. I went to Capitec said they said there is nothing wrong and if they didn't accept mandate then MFC was not going to be able to do manual deduction from their side, i would have had to deposit straight in their account. I then gave back MFC that feedback from Capitec.

I then asked that they do the manual deduction on 15 or 16 should it not deduct because am not going to call MFC for 72 months reminding them to deduct... It's frustrating. She agreed and put a note for whoever will be working on my account to do it...

15 July again no deduction again. I don't know how long will this go through, but it's going to be long years...
